Be.EV rapid and ultra-rapid EV charging at IMO Car Washes
Be.EV rapid and ultra-rapid EV chargers are making a splash at IMO Car Washes across the UK.
Unmistakably green, Be.EV’s ultra-rapid chargers can add around 125 miles of range in just a short 15-minute stop.
Some locations feature two or four charging bays, great for a local top-up, whilst others feature larger Be.EV Charging Hubs – which bring ultra-rapid speeds across many more charging bays.
The first of these is IMO Car Wash Carlisle, featuring 8 x 150kW ultra-rapid charging bays, offering both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors. Electricity is also 100% deep green, powered by Octopus Energy.

HOW TO CHARGE
To charge – simply park up, select a connector side, pay (with your Be.EV RFID, Be.EV app, contactless debit/credit card or other partner RFID card), and plug in to get the electrons flowing.

ULTRA-RAPID CHARGING HUBS
All Be.EV Charging Hubs at IMO Car Washes are ultra-rapid, meaning you can charge at up to 150kW, adding around 125 miles of range in just a short 15-minute stop.
Thanks to advanced Dynamic Load Balancing technology, you can plug in to any connector and receive the power you need (up to 150kW) – your charging speed won’t be affected by the car you’re parked next to.
There are also smaller rapid and ultra-rapid charging locations popping up across the UK. Look for your nearest on Be.EV’s map.
