Introducing our new rewards card: We are thrilled to introduce our brand-new rewards card! This new card will seamlessly carry over your existing Ultra HD stamps, ensuring that you do not lose any of your hard-earned rewards. We value your loyalty, and this transition is designed to make your rewards experience even more exciting. This will happen automatically on Thursday 28nd September.
Easier to collect reward stamps and available on more wash programmes: We have listened to your feedback and simplified collecting reward stamps at IMO and made them available on more wash programmes. Simply purchase a single wash of Triple Foam and above via the app and your stamp card will be automatically ‘stamped’ after you have redeemed your wash. Collect 3 stamps to receive £2 off your next Ultra HD wash and collect 6 stamps to earn a Ultra HD wash with love from us.
FAQs
How do I know if my stamps have been added?
You can simply click on the rewards section in the app and this will show you how many stamps you have on your card
How do I know what washes qualify for a stamp?
In the single wash section, there will be a heart next to all the washes that qualify for a stamp.
Do I need to do anything to get the updated app?
No, you do not need to do anything. From 8am on Thursday 28 September, the update will be complete and you can continue to use the app as normal.
What will happen when my Triple Foam card is removed?
This will automatically be removed from your wallet and replaced with either a £1 off Triple Foam voucher or a Triple Foam voucher on us. If you have 1,2 or 3 stamps you will receive a £1 voucher straight to your wallet. If you have 4 or 5 stamps you will receive a Triple Foam wash on us.
I have a subscription, will my plan be affected?
No, your subscription will remain the same.
What will happen to my Ultra HD stamps?
These will automatically be transferred over to the new rewards programme

Terms and conditions:
*With each completed wash from programme 3 (Triple Foam) or higher, you will receive one loyalty stamp when you scan the QR code on the app at the time of redemption. When you have collected three loyalty points, you will receive a voucher for £2 off an HD wash credited to your digital Loyalty Card in the app. When you have collected six loyalty stamps, your loyalty stamps will be converted into a digital voucher for a free Ultra HD wash at an IMO Car Wash in the UK in the app. If you have not used the app to collect loyalty points in the last twelve months, any existing loyalty points that have not been converted into a free car wash will expire.
Each free car wash is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Only available through the IMO app.
^Any customers with 1,2 or 3 stamps on their card at the time of the removal of the Triple Foam rewards card will receive a £1 off Triple Foam voucher. Any customers with 4 stamps or more will receive a Triple Foam wash on us. Only available for customers with an in-app stamp card. Paper stamp cards will not be carried over or erwards redeemable.
