Purpose of Job:
To accurately log issues occurring on all IMO sites, helping resolve issues and adding value to each call.
To assist with coordinating and planning all engineering maintenance activities for the Company’s car wash operations, including, but not limited to, scheduling of engineers’ workloads and upkeep of the Company’s maintenance system.
To help provide statistics and reports on a regular basis on the performance of the system.
Key Responsiblities:
Include, but not limited to:
- Taking calls and logging information received from site operators and providing assistance whilst following a walkthrough on our computer system.
- Taking calls from Regional managers and other members of staff, logging follow up information as required.
- Taking information from engineers’ service report sheets via email system, closing and updating logs where necessary.
- Issuing spare parts as required.
- On a daily basis, assisting with the Engineering diary system and helping keep up to date.
- Booking hotels for field employees/contractors and providing general administrative support.
- General administrative duties as required.
About you:
Skills and Experience:-
- Competent user of Microsoft Office packages including; Office 365, Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2-3 years’ experience within a customer services role, working in a fast-paced environment beneficial
- 2-3 years’ call handling experience beneficial

- An excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- High standards of accuracy and seeing work through to conclusion
- Good team player with the ability and confidence to multitask and work on their own at times
- A positive and friendly outlook
